Since opening our Sicilian Restaurant in Chancery Lane central London in 2013, our mission has been to serve only the finest Italian and Sicilian cuisine.
Proprietor and Head Chef Fabrizio Zafarana discovered his lifelong passion for Italian and Sicilian food at the age of 13 when he first stepped into a professional kitchen in Sicily.
After training as a professional chef in Italy, Fabrizio moved to England in 1983 to pursue his dream of opening his own Sicilian restaurant in London. He spent ten years working in various kitchens in the capital before opening his first restaurant in 1996. In 2013, Sicilian Italian restaurant Luce e Limoni was established in Chancery Lane, and since then, Fabrizio, his family and their popular restaurant have thrived.
Inspired by Fabrizio’s Sicilian roots and the rich food culture of the Mediterranean, Luce e Limoni has a unique approach to using the finest locally sourced, organic ingredients to create authentic, classic Sicilian dishes. The 10-member team at the restaurant make all the pasta and bread themselves from only the highest quality durum wheat.
Why not start your meal with our homemade bread, served with Sicilian extra virgin olive oil? Indulge your palate with an authentic Sicilian starter, before moving on to a meat, fish or pasta main course – our black linguine is sublime, if we may say so ourselves – but do leave room for dessert! With classic tiramisu, cannoli, Sicilian cheesecake and other classics to choose from, you may need a little time when browsing the menu!
